The final video of my three part series on “Mindfulness.” In this video, I go over setting goals. Only 20% of people actually set goals and of those 20%, only 30% actually HIT those goals! The ten biggest reasons why people don't achieve their goals are:

  • Fear of success and/or fear of failure
  • Lack of understanding how to set a goal
  • Lack of commitment and accountability
  • Inactivity
  • Paralysis by analysis
  • Lack of a target
  • No plan
  • Having too many goals
  • Feeling unworthy
  • No motivation
