What are you chasing? Is it actually in alignment with what YOU truly want or is it just something that others think will make you happy.
Create 2 columns; One of what you and others THINK will make you happy and then another column of what ACTUALLY makes you happy. Slowly start to incorporate more of the things from column two into your life. Gradually you will start to feel the shift of happiness starting to take over!
