Episode 101: How To Make Friends With Your FEAR

“Nothing is good or bad, it just is.”

After pulling my back (trying to move a couch to film my monthly workouts,) which not only effects my career as a fitness professional but also tampers with my everyday happiness, it has taken me the last few days to find my message in this “mess.”

I wanted so badly to stay angry for being immobile all weekend but instead, I did a whole lot of praying and took this all as the message to slow the heck down!

“In order to fully grow, to fully evolve and to fully understand our journey, we must welcome it all.”

We must quit being so fearful and just allow things to be. Take the time today to feel how you WANT to feel, say what you WANT to say, and do what you WANT to do. Quit letting O.P.O’s (Other People Opinions) block you.

So, how do you get from the beginning to the end, you ask? You go THROUGH…it all.

Don’t make fear & pain your home.
