Rita Catolino is a certified personal trainer, online coach, motivational speaker, fitness writer, cover model and mother. Her passion for fitness and helping others can be attributed to having gone through many of her own struggles with weight her entire life. After fighting a family trend of obesity, she decided to make a positive change after giving birth to her daughter in 2007.

Most recently, Rita has found her way back to her roots and the kitchen and developed her own healthy cooking show – Your Beautyfuel with Rita Catolino. Rita’s passion for helping others and remaining current in an ever-changing industry is what keeps this fitness expert motivated.

Coming from a very strict Italian upbringing, with very high standards, Rita had some soul searching to do as she got older. She Truly wanted to learn about herself and how she became the way she is now, at 36 years old.

Rita shares with us memories of her first big accomplishments and the feeling of really making it, after questioning herself in her career, for so long.
