Perspective is a beautiful thing that can turn something negative into something that is actually life changing and positive. I practice flipping my perspective all the time because the most successful and happy people that I know all have this power. What is something you can change your mind about? For example maybe you’re going to the gym and feel like you hate it and you’re not seeing results. Thank yourself for showing up and doing something hard because you are building that muscle of showing up even when you don’t feel like it’s worth it.
