Defaulting to our old habits is the easy way out. Living with intention, intention to better our minds, our bodies and our lives is what we must strive for.
Our mindset and the way we self-talk, the minute we open our eyes in the morning, can make for a beautiful day or be the ruination of our day. It’s your choice! EVERY.SINGLE.MORNING.

By choosing your path and by creating an intentional life, remember that making yourself a priority, is key. Use your voice to be able to say “no” to stuff that doesn’t make you 110% happy, in order to make room for the things that do!
