Welcome back to Questionably Awesome! Today, Evans and I answer your questions about following up on a “No” and negotiating your worth.

Mara Casler asks: How do you approach asking for what you want, after you’ve been told “No”? How long do you wait to ask again?

Elizabeth Johnson asks: How do I negotiate for the salary and benefits (equity in the comp!) that I want/deserve when I have only a handful of years of experience on my side? Sometimes people place a higher value on years of experience over quality of present work! (I’m measurably more valuable than some folks who’ve been in the biz for more time.)
