Today, I’m talking with meditation teacher, nutritionist and holistic wellness expert Kimberly Snyder. Kimberly recently published her sixth book, titled You Are More Than You Think You Are: Practical Enlightenment for Everyday Life, which is all about letting go of the fears that are holding you back from living your best life. We cover everything from discovering your true self, her top tips for living an enlightened life, and how she learned to process her emotions. 

Kimberly shares insights for how to defeat your ego and overcome your fears, especially as it relates to starting a new business. I open up about some of my own discomfort and anxiety around starting Lite Pink, and Kimberly offers advice for how to move through those feelings.
