Mindfulness 3 Part Series, Video 3: Goal Setting
The final video of my three part series on “Mindfulness.” In this video, I go over setting goals. Only 20% of people actually set goals and of those 20%, only 30% actually HIT those goals! The ten biggest reasons why people don’t achieve their goals are:
- Fear of success and/or fear of failure
- Lack of understanding how to set a goal
- Lack of commitment and accountability
- Inactivity
- Paralysis by analysis
- Lack of a target
- No plan
- Having too many goals
- Feeling unworthy
- No motivation
