Healthy Pumpkin Deviled Eggs! (Nothin' Pumpkin about them but the Look!)

These are one of my favorite recipes! Who doesn't love a good deviled egg? BUT, what about how un-healthy they are for you?! Well, I have mixed up a different recipe for them! And, in this Halloween infused recipe, the only think pumpkin about it is the name and look. Rest assured, there's no pumpkin in these eggs!
