So how do successful people do it?? I’ll tell you, its not talent, and you aren’t just born with it. Its small steps day in and day out. Everything you need an be taught to you. How exciting is that?!
Here are my three secrets to more will power:
- Sleep. Sleep will create your body’s own appetite suppressant so you will be able to stay out of the bag of chips!
- Exercise. As little as 15 minutes a day can help your body release chemicals to help you have more will power.
- Meditation. Just 5 minutes will up your will power!
