Ok, so you've set your goals…How do you Attain them?
Are there things that seem to stop you from achieving your goals? A lot of people have self sabotaging thoughts around their goals. Like the “If I'm not struggling, I'm not working toward my goal”, or
the all or nothing mentality (Watch my All or Nothing Mentality Video here)). These can really hurt our efforts in achieving our goals.
So we need to make our goals a JOURNEY in order to make them part of our life. Break down the small things it takes to achieve your goals and that is your journey. Because the biting off the whole goal usually seems to difficult.
