Thanks for joining our Body + Soul online program! Let me be the first to say Welcome! I am fairly certain that you just found your new home, here.  I am going to be sending you an email that contains some very important information about the Body + Soul program so please be looking for that.  Sometimes it can end up in your junk or spam folders so please be sure to check there if you don't see it shortly.  It will contain your user name which will be your email address that you used while registering, along with your password.  It also contains directions on how to get started and navigate around in the program.

Next, we have an amazing group of ladies excited to meet you in the Body + Soul Facebook Group so please be sure to Join Here.  This is where you will meet fellow Body + Soul Tribe Members.  Please say hi, introduce yourself, tell us where you are from, and what your goals are with this program!  This group was created so you can share success stories, ask advice, and get support in a SAFE and FRIENDLY environment.  Please note, when you request for approval of the Facebook group, if your Facebook name is different than the first and last name you registered with, we will not be able to find your account.  If this is the case, please request approval and then email us at [email protected] with your Facebook name and your membership name and we will get you approved as soon as possible.
