I’m in one of the busiest seasons of my life right now, but I’m grounding myself by practicing gratitude for the stress and pressure that I’m facing daily. By reframing the language that I use around challenging things, I have a more positive outlook and I feel like I can take on anything. Experiencing anxiety is just a reminder that I care about my business, goals, future, and life in general. I’m sharing some of my go-to strategies for coping with stress in a more effective and healthy way, and challenging you to rethink how you deal with pressure.
