Blue Cheese Dip and Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ C Fat Free Greek
  • ¼ C Lowfat Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • ¼ C Fat Free Cottage Cheese (creamed in blender)
  • 1 T. Grated Parmesan
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 T. Chopped Fresh
  • Chives or 2 tsp Dried
  • ¼ C Lowfat Buttermilk

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and stir until everything is mixed evenly.

Notes

Stores well in the refrigerator. Excellent dressing for your salads or dip for your veggies.

Caramel Nut Apple & Pear Dip

Caramel Nut Apple Pear Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 C 1% Cottage Cheese
  • 1-1/2 T. Natural Peanut Butter or PB2
  • 1/8 – 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1 T. Dark Brown Sugar
  • 1 T. Skim Milk
  • 1 T. Crushed Peanuts (optional)

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients in blender and process until smooth.

Notes

Serve with freshly sliced apples and pears.
