Blue Cheese Dip and Dressing

Ingredients

  • ½ C Fat Free Greek
  • ¼ C Lowfat Crumbled Blue Cheese
  • ¼ C Fat Free Cottage Cheese (creamed in blender)
  • 1 T. Grated Parmesan
  • ½ tsp Onion Powder
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 T. Chopped Fresh
  • Chives or 2 tsp Dried
  • ¼ C Lowfat Buttermilk

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients and stir until everything is mixed evenly.

Notes

Stores well in the refrigerator. Excellent dressing for your salads or dip for your veggies.
