869. Is it Hustle? Or is it Flow?

Chris and I have noticed this big cultural shift from the hustle and grind mindset to letting things flow and take their natural course. Which one is better? Like most things, I think it’s best to exist somewhere in the middle of the two extremes. We talk about learning how to hustle with boundaries, giving yourself at least one day a week to be present, and practicing intentional planning. There are moments and seasons when you’re going to have to give it your all, but recognize that you and your team need time to recharge afterwards. Chris and I share how we’ve found the balance of hustle and flow and our advice for avoiding burnout as an entrepreneur.
