Your goals can sometimes get overwhelming, so let’s discuss that. It all starts with BELIEVING that we are worth achieving these goals. Often, there are moments of breakdown or second guessing your goals and what I always do at that point is make sure I VISUALIZE myself achieving those goals, and visualizing myself going through the steps and planning it takes to attain them. Try this, close your eyes and start to picture where you are, how you feel, what you are doing, etc. Really FEELING what you would feel like when you achieved your goal is so powerful. You start to attract that feeling more and more.
