Ingredients
- 3 C Diced, Unpeeled English Cucumbers
- 1/4 C Fat Free Greek Yogurt
- 2 T. Low-fat Mayo
- 1 Diced Avocado
- 1 tsp Onion Powder
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp Dried Dill Weed
- Salt and Pepper to Taste
Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a food processor and mix until creamy.
- Chill for 1-2 hours.
- Serve with fresh vegetables.
Notes
Also makes a great dressing for your veggie salads. Can add an additional avocado or some creamed cottage cheese for a creamy, richer dip.
