Kristie Dean asks: I’ve been doing a lot more presenting and speaking around my purpose and feel sooo anxious speaking literally my chest tightens and I feel like my voice might just not come out at moments. Not doing it is not an option so I’m going to get through it. I know you’ve said you’ve had anxiety around speaking, do you have any tips?
