Episode 99: How To KNOW IF YOU’RE ON THE RIGHT PATH

Have you ever noticed that the thing you are focusing on the most ends up being given to you the most? Whether it is a conscious thought or an unconscious though, good or bad, where you place your focus will always end up in your lap.

So, what does it feel like to be “on your path,” you ask? It feels easy. Plain and simple. Being on the detour or the path you THINK you should be on, but isn’t quite the one, will give you the most problems. It’s when you feel like you’re giving too much of yourself and not seeing the results in return.

“You’ll feel like it’s costing you your power, like you’re losing yourself.”

The most magic happens when you begin to everything through love, with love. It’s not a perfect world, it is most definitely about give and take, but the only time things should be given is when it simultaneously makes YOUR soul happy too.

“It is all about asking yourself… ‘How am I going to feel with this next choice that I make?’”

Look down at your feet (yes you, now) see that path? That’s the exact path you should be on.

Episode 97: How To KEEP YOUR NEW HABIT

“It’s falling in love with the day to day, one thing at a time. It’s falling in love with the journey.”

Being able to “fail out loud” is just as important, if not more, than being able to celebrate out loud! It’s recognizing that you are human and you will come across human set-backs, along the way, but continuing to push though and not allowing that to deter your goal.

Having someone who is on the same page as you or even an entire tribe on the same page as you, (my Body + Soul tribe) is vital! They will be your backbone and your extra push on the days when you’d rather sit in PJ’s and watch Netflix, but know you should be hitting the gym and meal planning!

“Unless you are in supported ground and soil, you will not be able to grow where you are.”

Which brings me to today’s big topic…HABIT. It’s now the second week into 2017 and the buzz/enthusiasm for new goals is starting to die dow, but that doesn’t mean yours should!

Despite what you have heard, thanks to the audible book I have been listening to “The Answer,” it takes about 66 days (on average) to change or form a habit. It’s only January 12th, moral of the story…DON’T.STOP.NOW.

Liana Werner-Gray is a Best Selling Author of “The Earth Diet” published by Hay House including #1 on Amazon in 9 different categories. She is an advocate for natural healing using a wholesome diet and lifestyle. In 2009 Liana started an online blog in an attempt to break her 5-year addiction to junk food binge eating. Finally realizing that only she was in control of her body and what she fed it, Liana had a wake up call. A lump had appeared in her neck and continued to slowly grow. Taking herself first to a natural doctor, and then being recommended to the hospital, she knew it wasn’t going to be a positive outcome.

After the biopsies, Liana was told she had a stage-one tumor in her Lymphatic system, chronic fatigue and glandular fever.

“I knew I had done it to myself, I had poisoned my body.”

That’s when she took the first step. She declared to herself that enough was enough and from then on, she would treat her body with respect.
