There are three things that I’ve started to shift this year that I’m absolutely committing to leaving behind as we enter the new year. I’m sharing what those three practices are and some ways to implement them into your life if you resonate with my experience. 

I feel so much happier, supported, and energized because I’m rooted in my community and only giving my time to the people that are in it for the long haul. I’m officially done with people-pleasing and calling in more authentic connections in 2023!
